Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to multiple departments and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Learn operations in agronomy, grain marketing, energy sales, or accounting.
• Assist in warehouse operations, inventory, and delivery scheduling.
• Attend training classes and rotate through departments.
• Greet customers and provide service while maintaining safety standards.
• Maintain records, logs, and reports as required.
