Job summary

Ewing Outdoor Supply offers an internship experience designed to develop skills and experience across wholesale distribution. The rotational program exposes interns to operations, sales, and leadership activities, with hands-on shadowing of Branch Service Professionals, Branch Managers, and Account Managers.

Interns work on a Capstone Project and may receive relocation assistance if needed, with the potential for full-time employment after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Must be candidates for a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• For Bachelor's candidates, must have at least 75 hours completed by end of the fall semester prior to the internship.
• Rotational program across multiple functions including operations, sales, and leadership exposure.
• Capstone Project with opportunities to present findings to company executives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational internship across multiple functions (Operations, Sales, Leadership) to gain broad experience.
• Shadow and assist Branch Service Professionals with counter sales, shipping, and receiving.
• Assist Account Managers with sales calls and activities to grow the business.
• Engage in leadership mentoring with Regional and Divisional Managers to understand strategic development.
• Develop and present a Capstone Project with process improvement ideas to company executives.
