The Hartford invites a Student Intern to rotate across Operations, Risk, IT, and Fund Treasury, gaining exposure to transfer agent oversight, risk frameworks, and technology infrastructure. Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's program; finance/business/IS preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Interest in learning how departments collaborate to support operations and investor outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Excel/Power BI a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead or contribute to initiatives across Operations, Risk, IT, and Fund Treasury to improve execution and risk frameworks.
• Collaborate to identify and implement process improvements including automation.
• Support data-driven initiatives related to risk, transfer agent activities, fund accounting, and IT operations.
• Attend team meetings, plan projects, and provide status updates.
• Shadow team members to learn processes, systems, and tools across departments.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and professionally.
• Engage in intern learning sessions and development opportunities.
