Job summary

The Federal Reserve Board (Board) internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience across IT operations, business operations, administration, data analysis, and process improvement within the BOAT section. Interns will rotate through multiple functions, gain exposure to dashboards, project tracking, and documentation, and work on high-impact projects under supervision.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools; experience with data visualization tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Rotate through IT Operations & Network Administration to support staff and assets
• Assist IT Program Management with tracking, risk identification, and documentation
• ProvideAdministrative Support including scheduling and logistics coordination
• Conduct Data Analysis & BI tasks and develop visualizations to support decision-making
• Assist with Business Process Improvement and knowledge/documentation efforts
