Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/economics/business/math.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quarterly Board slides and memos; support budgeting processes.
• Quantify pricing impact and perform financial analysis for decisions.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze results across mill/plant/customer/region to explain variances.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Create cash flow analyses for capital investments and approvals.
• Improve reporting processes and data quality across the organization.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for leadership and senior management.
• Contribute to accuracy of income statements and balance sheets.
