The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and an interest in agriculture or energy industries. Mentorship and a cohort will support career growth and networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience or interest in the agriculture or energy industries.
• Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance.
• Ability to translate key data points into actionable insights.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
