Job summary

Johnson Controls offers a 2.5-year rotational program across finance and accounting disciplines. Participants analyze financial performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and gain exposure to senior leaders and mentors.

After completion, graduates move into roles aligned with their interests and skillsets. Required candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance by July 2027, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to adapt to rotating assignments every six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance completed by July 2027.
• Knowledge of basic Finance and Accounting concepts.
• Ability to adapt to new rotational roles every 6 months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and interpret information from diverse sources.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from financial systems and perform analyses explaining variances.
• Participate in development of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans with timely inputs.
• Work on projects to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost of operations.
• Assist with treasury activities including daily cash management and reconciliations.
• Rotate across multiple departments with structured mentorship.
