Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking Accounting & Finance Rotational Associates for a two-year program designed for recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. You will rotate through General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Internal Audit, and special projects, gaining hands-on experience and identifying a preferred area of specialization.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Eager to build a professional foundation through hands-on experience across multiple business units.
• Rotations every 4–6 months through core functions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple Accounting and Finance rotations, completing duties and SMART goals.
• Perform entry-level accounting, financial analysis, and reporting tasks under guidance of leaders.
• Document tasks, procedures, and turnover materials to support operational continuity.
• Identify process improvement or automation opportunities and develop actionable plans.
• Prepare and deliver formal presentations to program cohorts and senior management.
• Meet weekly with a mentor to develop technical, analytical, and soft skills.
• Complete core competencies for each rotation and demonstrate readiness for advancement.
• Collaborate with peers on cross-functional projects and efficiency initiatives.
