Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking candidates for the BUILD Leadership Program - Finance & Accounting Specialist. This two-year rotational program develops high-potential early career talent through hands-on experience across finance and accounting functional areas.

Role is based in Atlanta, GA, with two-year rotations every six months to build business acumen, professional skills, and functional expertise. Start dates: January 11, 2027 or July 12, 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration or BA in Finance/Accounting is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and time‑management skills are required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Availability to travel based on business needs is required.

Responsibilities

• rotate within functional areas to explore Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounting, AIS/ABL finance and accounting.
• Contribute to Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations and Shared Services as needed.
• Assist in cost accounting, AIS finance and accounting tasks as part of the BUILD program.
• Support cross-functional projects and process improvements across business units.
• Engage in mentorship, onboarding, and leadership-communication activities.
