Job summary

Farm Credit Mid-America invites candidates to join the 24‑month Enterprise Development Program (EDP) as an Enterprise Development Associate. This full‑time, hybrid role rotates across multiple business functions to build enterprise visibility, cross‑functional experience, and progressively higher‑value work focused on modernization and operations.

Participants gain exposure to areas such as sales support, credit, loan servicing, data analytics, automation, and governance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred and helpful for career progression.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned rotations across a 24‑month program, adapting to new teams and processes.
• Delivers substantive, accountable work in each rotation with measurable business outcomes.
• Executes rotation-specific goals with milestones, progress updates, and end-of-rotation summaries.
• Builds enterprise understanding by learning how work moves across functions and impacts risk, service, and performance.
