Farm Credit Mid-America is offering an Enterprise Development Associate role within a structured 24‑month rotational program. You will gain cross‑functional experience across enterprise operations and technology tracks, delivering substantive work and contributing to modernization and process improvements.

We seek candidates with a High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) preferred.
• Experience in business operations, financial services, or a related professional setting preferred.
• Enterprise Development Associates are full‑time employees. Within the first 24 months of employment, you will be expected to apply for a full‑time position.

Responsibilities

• Completes multiple planned rotations over a 24‑month period, adapting to new teams, tools, processes, and expectations.
• Delivers substantive, accountable work in each rotation with measurable results.
• Executes rotation-specific goals with milestones and progress updates.
• Builds enterprise understanding by learning how work moves across functions and how decisions affect risk, service, and performance.
• Supports exposure areas in Enterprise Operations track (sales support, credit, loan servicing, financial operations).
• Supports exposure areas in Business Technology track (application support, CRM, data analytics, UAT, automation, governance).
