Job summary

GE Aerospace's Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) accelerates growth through three rotational assignments over two years. You will work with a global, diverse team and receive coaching from leaders invested in your development.

The program includes GE Aerospace ACE advanced courses and opportunities for further study. Eligible candidates will complete challenging technical training, demonstrate leadership, and apply fundamentals to real-world aviation engineering problems.

Qualifications

• Graduation date between December 2025 and July 2027
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, ABET-accredited
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform engineering tasks within SQDC framework
• Collaborate with leaders to set rotation goals
• Complete technical training with mentorship from engineers
• Apply engineering fundamentals to real-world problems
• Identify and share best practices in analyses and methodologies
• Incorporate LEAN principles into standard work
