Job summary

Carrier is seeking engineering graduates for the Carrier Engineering Leadership Program (ELP). The program offers three eight-month rotations across Carrier centers of excellence and business units, beginning mid-2027, with hands-on assignments and training.

Locations include Syracuse, NY; Atlanta, GA; Kennesaw, GA; Charlotte, NC; Indianapolis, IN; and Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering, a 3.0 GPA or higher, and be eligible to work in the US without

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Graduates in 2026 or 2027; available to start in June 2027.
• Geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three eight-month rotations across Carrier centers of excellence and business units.
• Rotation locations include Syracuse, NY; Atlanta, GA; Kennesaw, GA; Charlotte, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
• Build technical and leadership skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Exposure to technology and product development; HVAC fundamentals.
• Engage in project management and change management activities.
• Develop customer engagement and executive communication skills.
