Job summary

Orica offers a two-year Engineering Graduate Program designed to accelerate your professional growth through hands-on rotations and mentoring from industry experts. You will gain exposure to Field Operations, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Technology and Commercial, with real responsibilities from day one.

Graduates from Chemical, Mechanical, Geology or other Engineering disciplines can apply. You may relocate across the United States for rotations and be open to a future remote location

Qualifications

  • Engineering graduates from a range of disciplines are welcomed.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Willing to relocate for rotations across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a two-year rotational program across core business units.
  • Receive coaching and on-the-job training with career management guidance.
  • Rotate through fields such as Field Operations, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Technology and Commercial.

Education

Chemical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Geology or Geological Engineering
Other Engineering degrees
Be eligible to work within the United States with no sponsorship
Be eligible to drive a motor vehicle in the United States
Be in your final year of your university undergraduate degree or have completed your degree within the last year
Be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check, medical and drug screen
Be open to living and working anywhere in the United States
Be willing to relocate multiple times during your first two years for each rotation
Be willing to permanently live and work in a remote location anywhere in the United States once the two-year rotation program ends
Be living in the United States and attend selection stages in person
Open to a start date of June 2027
