Job summary

Orica in Winnemucca, NV invites emerging engineers to join its Specialty Mining Chemicals graduate program. This two-year rotation offers hands-on experience across technical, operational and leadership tracks, with a personalized learning roadmap and mentorship from current leaders.

Graduates will work on meaningful projects in a close-knit manufacturing environment, starting June 2027, and will be based on-site five days a week while building a broad foundation for a technical career in mining

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate (within 1 year) in Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering.
• Eligible to drive in the U.S.; willing to live in Winnemucca, NV after the program.
• Be eligible to work within the United States with no sponsorship.
• Ability to start June 2027.
• On-site Role: Report to Winnemucca site five days a week.
• Selection Process: Video and In-person interviews may be required.
• Pre-employment Checks: Background, medical, and drug screening.
