Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or early work experience in engineering or related environment.
• Foundational technical knowledge aligned to field of study (engineering, project management, construction, supply chain).
• Demonstrated ability to apply academic learning to real-world problems through coursework or projects.
• Exposure to tools, systems, or software relevant to discipline (design, analysis, planning).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• The role will support graduate engineers in rotational assignments across engineering and project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and deliverables.
• Contribute to effective communication and documentation of project progress.
