Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer for its 18-month Power Track Career Accelerator program. This entry-level role offers structured rotations across operations, design, estimating, or supply chain, helping you build technical skills and cross-functional perspective.

Participants will rotate through multiple departments, partner with experienced teams, and relocate for a 3‑month field rotation as needed, with hybrid work options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a construction‑related bachelor’s degree.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver who loves new challenges and is seeking a defined career path.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong ambition, adaptability, timeliness, ability to prioritize, and willingness to ask for help.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations across multiple departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of Power Design's business.
• Partner with experienced team members to learn day‑to‑day operations and best practices.
• Develop technical and operational knowledge of construction, project delivery, and company processes.
• Build strong relationships with leaders, mentors, and peers across the organization.
