Job summary

MTech Mechanical is a leading mechanical design/build contractor in Colorado, offering a rotation program that blends in-office operational support with on-site project experience. The PE I role develops technical depth toward project management or sales engineering, with exposure to design assist/build approaches.

The position supports project managers and field managers across all project phases, from setup to closeout, while building a strong foundation in cost control and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or construction field.
• Proficient use of standard Windows productivity tools.
• Experience supporting engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project documentation and records.
• Support in scheduling, cost tracking, and submittal handling.
• Coordinate with project managers and field managers on office/onsite tasks.
• Prepare and process contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Track submittals, RFIs, and equipment/material orders.
• Assist in monthly billings and project cost reporting.
