Suffolk Construction offers an entry-level rotational program for recent graduates with 0–2 years of work experience. The Project Engineer participates in a two-year Career Start program consisting of three eight-month rotations across Project Management, Estimating, and Field Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Computer literate with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating tasks including subcontractor database and bid documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs and use digitizing tools, organize take-offs in spreadsheets.
• Develop bid clarifications, RFIs, and assist in pricing.
• Support project management with change orders, procurement, and submittals.
• Assist field operations with document control, shop drawings, and project manuals.
• Participate in project meetings and owner/architect discussions.
• Support baseline schedule updates and safety requirements.
