Allied Mineral Products is launching the IGNITE Program, an 18-month immersive experience designed to develop future business and operational leaders through three six-month rotations across Sales, Operations, Research & Technology, and other key functions.

Participants gain a comprehensive understanding of Allied's products, customers, processes, culture, and global operations while building technical, business, and leadership skills to contribute to meaningful projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong interest in learning multiple aspects of a manufacturing organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Complete three structured six-month assignments in different departments.
• Learn objectives, challenges, and KPIs of each functional area.
• Contribute to department goals through assigned projects and daily responsibilities.
• Develop understanding of Allied's products, manufacturing processes, and refractory solutions.
• Learn about customer industries, applications, and business drivers.
• Participate in customer visits, plant tours, and operational reviews when appropriate.
• Build knowledge of the company's global operations and competitive position.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving initiatives.
• Build a broad network of relationships across the business to gain organizational knowledge and contribute to strategic initiatives.

About this Position

The Allied Mineral Products IGNITE Program is an 18-month immersive experience designed to develop future business and operational leaders through hands-on exposure to multiple areas of the organization. Participants will complete three six-month rotations across various departments, such as Sales, Operations, Research & Technology, or other key functional areas.

Throughout the program, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of Allied's products, customers, processes, culture, and global business operations. Associates will build technical, business, and leadership skills while contributing to meaningful projects that support company objectives.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants may be placed into a full-time role aligned with their interests, strengths, and organizational needs.

• Ability to travel occasionally to Allied facilities and customer locations.

Preferred

• Internship, co-op, or work experience in manufacturing, engineering, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading projects, student organizations, athletics, military service, or other leadership activities.
