Job summary

Komatsu invites graduates to join a Development Associate program at the Hensley facility in Dallas, TX. You will rotate across core business areas and gain hands‑on experience in the Product and Aftermarket Support divisions, preparing for a full‑time placement.

The program emphasizes structured learning, travel across North America, and collaboration with sales and product support teams to build a strong foundation for a career in capital goods and heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Mining Engineering, Agricultural Mechanization or Technical Systems Management from an accredited college/university/trade school.
• Entry level or 1–3 years' experience; internships or leadership roles preferred; heavy equipment/automotive internship a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to multi-task and work under pressure; motivated to contribute to Komatsu.
• CAD experience, preferably ProE/Creo; high proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an enhanced training program at the Hensley facility in Dallas, TX to prepare for full‑time placement into core areas.
• Rotate through Product and Aftermarket Support divisions: Sales Account Manager, Marketing Engineering, Product Marketing, Product Technical Support, Quality Engineering.
• Travel extensively within the North American region with Hensley and Komatsu teams; overnight travel may be required.
