Qualifications

• Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in hospitality, club management, business, F&B management, recreation, or related field.
• Previous hospitality experience is helpful, but curiosity, professionalism, initiative, and willingness to learn are equally important.
• Candidates should demonstrate a desire to work with all types of people, professionalism and good judgment, dependability and accountability, willingness to receive feedback, and ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key departments to understand their purpose, responsibilities, staffing, challenges, and contribution to the member experience.
• Learn from leaders by spending time with department heads and Club leaders to understand decision-making and collaboration.
• Get involved in day-to-day operations, projects, meetings, events, and member service; keep a weekly journal documenting learning and insights.
• Think like a consultant by identifying operational challenges and opportunities and developing thoughtful recommendations.
• Complete a two-day advanced rotation in an area of interest to gain deeper exposure.
