Job summary

BNY is launching a 24-month Analyst Program – People, Engagement, and Impact in New York. This structured rotation develops you through onboarding, mentorship, and hands-on projects across people governance, employee experience, and corporate affairs.

You will build dashboards, support talent mobility, and test AI-enabled tools while learning about regulatory relations and community impact. Eligibility includes pursuing a 4-year degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027, a 3.0+ GPA, and no sponsorship

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree with business- or technology-related focus preferred.
• Graduating Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

• Support People, Engagement and Impact priorities by contributing to initiatives across governance, employee relations, policy, government affairs, philanthropy, and community impact.
• Analyze onboarding, mobility, and employee experiences using feedback, tools, and insights.
• Assist pilots of AI tools to improve communications, knowledge articles, or internal help bots.
• Build or refine dashboards tracking engagement, learning participation, exit patterns, and community impact measures.
• Support talent mobility by matching employees to roles or projects based on skills and business needs.
