Job summary

AllianceBernstein seeks a Business Analyst Associate as part of its Technology & Operations Program. The two-year rotation lets you experience four six-month tracks, starting in business analysis, then transitioning to permanent teams.

You’ll work with investors, analysts, portfolio managers, and traders while gaining exposure, mentorship, and formal training. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, manage cross-functional projects, and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA candidate in Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage cross-functional projects
• Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams and provide user training
• Learn business processes and technologies through multiple rotations and mentorship
