Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with industry experts to identify and differentiate banking products and services.
• Observe and participate in the customer experience including identifying needs and recommending products.
• Learn Retail functions including processing transactions, cash handling, and cash drawer balancing.
• Shadow the lending process from start to finish and develop loan file knowledge.
• Introduction to Wealth Management services, trusts, retirement plan services, and estate planning.
• Utilize banking systems and observe how they integrate into processes.
• Develop knowledge of banking regulations and confidentiality and liaise with departments as needed.
• Prepare a presentation at internship close for stakeholders.
