Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience.
• We hire associates from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets for the ADP program.
• Relocation to one of our 30+ office locations is required upon successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training across First Citizens’ Commercial Banking platform.
• Support credit risk assessment, loan portfolio management and client relationships.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development to strengthen technical and financial skills.
