Referment is working with an investment and technology organisation offering a 12-month Rotational Associates Program for intellectually curious graduates and professionals from a wide range of disciplines.

Associates rotate through three departments, gaining broad exposure to how the organisation invests and operates. You will contribute to analytical and strategic work while developing skills in financial modelling, project management, and quantitative and qualitative research through coaching from experienced colleagues.

The work can span investment analysis, research into technologies and industries, and evaluation of new business opportunities. Previous finance experience is not required; the programme is designed for strong critical thinkers who can apply their perspective to unfamiliar problems and learn quickly.
