Job summary

Affinius Capital in the United States offers a two-year Rotational Program designed to provide hands-on experience across four departments: Capital Markets, Credit, Development, Asset Management, and Dispositions. Participants will rotate roughly six months per department, engage with senior leaders, and receive mentorship to build a strong foundation in financial concepts and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• GPA 3.0+; 3.5+ preferred.
• Interest in commercial real estate and Affinius Capital.
• Willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX for two years and work on-site.
• Basic finance concepts, IRR/NPV/DCF understanding.
• Financial modeling in Excel experience; Argus familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four departments over two years (Capital Markets, Credit, Development, Asset Management, Dispositions).
• Assist with underwriting, investment briefs, and market feasibility analyses.
• Support due diligence and portfolio reporting efforts.
• Interface with senior leaders and mentors to develop professionally.
