Poweredbyconcurrent is excited to offer a Rotational Analyst Program in Tampa, FL. This full-time, one-year program rotates through four core departments to build broad exposure to the firm's operations, systems, and business functions.

During each 12‑week rotation, you’ll work independently on meaningful tasks, reporting to the hosting department manager with oversight from Human Capital. Successful completion may lead to a full-time placement at Concurrent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or final degree requirements completed no later than Summer 2027.
• Majors in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, marketing, risk management, computer science, human resources, communications, financial planning, operations management, data science preferred.
• Strong adaptability, curiosity, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Execute substantive work within each department under the hosting manager's direction.
• Build knowledge of departmental processes, systems, and responsibilities.
• Gain understanding of the broader RIA and investment management industry.
• Adapt to new teams, managers, systems, and performance expectations every 12 weeks.
• Communicate workload, performance, and progress with managers and Human Capital.
• Support departmental deliverables and administrative functions as assigned.
• Contribute to a rotation performance record to support future placement decisions.
• Perform related duties as reasonably assigned.

Rotational Analyst Program

Description

The Rotational Analyst is an early-career, full-time position within Concurrent's Internship and Rotational Analyst Program. Over a 12-month period, the Rotational Analyst completes four sequential 12-week rotations across four of the firm's eight core departments (Compliance, Finance, Technology, Operations, Investments, Practice Synergies, Marketing, and Business Development), building working knowledge of the firm's operations, systems, and business functions.

Within each rotation, the Rotational Analyst reports to the hosting department manager and operates under the joint oversight of Human Capital and that manager. The role requires the Analyst to independently execute assigned work of substance within each rotation, rather than perform closely supervised learning tasks, and to adapt quickly to new teams, systems, and expectations every 12 weeks.

Rotational Analyst who complete all four rotations and meet performance expectations are considered for full-time placement with the firm.

Responsibilities

• Execute substantive assigned work within each department under the direction of the hosting department manager, exercising independent judgment appropriate to the assignment rather than performing closely supervised learning tasks.
• Build working knowledge of departmental processes, systems, and responsibilities within each rotation, and apply that knowledge to support the hosting team's day-to-day operations.
• Gain an overall understanding of the wider RIA and investment management industry, refining this knowledge and its relation to each assigned department at Concurrent.
• Adapt to new teams, managers, systems, and performance expectations at the start of each rotation, transitioning effectively between assignments every 12 weeks.
• Communicate regularly with the hosting department manager and Human Capital regarding workload, performance, and progress within each rotation.
• Support departmental deliverables, projects, and administrative functions as assigned by the hosting manager.
• Contribute to a running record of rotation performance and development that supports the firm's evaluation of the Analyst for full-time placement at the end of the program.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed, or final degree requirements completed no later than Summer 2027 with no remaining academic obligations during the program. All fields of study are encouraged to apply, though majors in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, marketing, risk management, computer science, human resources, communications, financial planning, operations management, data science, or related are preferred.
• Strong adaptability, curiosity, and ability to learn new systems, processes, and team environments quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and reporting lines over the course of the program.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and sound judgment in performing assigned work independently.
