Job summary

Salesforce's Finance Early Graduate Rotation Program develops future Finance leaders through structured exposure across multiple functions, hands-on project experience, and mentorship from senior leaders. As a member of a small cohort, you complete four six-month rotations across key Finance disciplines and transition into a permanent Finance role upon completion.

Rotations include Accounting and Expense Operations, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Global Procurement and Sourcing, Internal Audit,

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools and Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling and data analytics.
• Experience collaborating on a cross-functional team project.
• Experience writing and delivering formal presentations or reports.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month rotations across Finance functions (Accounting, Revenue Operations, Treasury, etc.).
• Contribute to high-impact projects including financial modeling, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Apply AI tools within rotations to optimize and automate Finance processes.
• Present findings, insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
