Job summary

Bread Financial is seeking a Rotational Program Associate who recently graduated to explore different areas of our Technology and Analytics departments. You will rotate with 2-3 technical teams, gaining exposure to InfoSec, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Solutions Architecture, while participating in a Talent Development curriculum.

You will support the Deposit Operations back office, contribute to automation and reporting, and build knowledge of our business and culture through hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Preferred: Bread Financial Summer Internship completed.
• Preferred: prior banking industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand area and complete role-specific training; expand knowledge through coaching and training conversations.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication with internal and external partners.
• Build internal and external partnerships; identify, resolve and elevate concerns.
• Learn processes and procedures; use Microsoft Office tools and job-related technology.
• Participate in Activity-based Training Development curriculum and Talent Mobility programs.
• Seek opportunities to expand knowledge across teams through cross-functional collaboration.
• Follow guidelines for quality; support audits and ensure compliance.
