Job summary

Arch’s Operations Associate program offers a structured, rotational path through our operations organization, exposing you to implementation, client success, and data operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard clients, organize complex investment information, and resolve issues, gaining practical experience from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support Clients: onboard and support clients, organize investment information, resolve issues, and ensure a great client experience.
• Connect the Dots: reconcile information across clients, fund managers, and internal teams; ensure clarity and timeliness.
• Own the Details: monitor data, collect documents, and move processes to completion with accuracy.
• Solve Problems: investigate unfamiliar or ambiguous problems, ask questions, and propose recommendations.
