Job summary

Bread Financial's Rotational Program Associate offers recent graduates a chance to explore multiple areas within Technology and Analytics, rotating through 2-3 technical teams and learning through a Talent Development curriculum focused on self-awareness and early career growth.

Participants will engage with Deposit Operations and support back-office automation, reporting, and control environments as they learn and contribute across InfoSec, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Bread Financial Summer Internship preferred.
Prior banking industry experience preferred.
Strong time management and professional etiquette are expected.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication when engaging with internal and external partners.
Build and maintain effective internal and external partnerships and escalate where needed.
Learn proper processes and procedures relevant to the team and utilize MS Office and related technology.
Participate in Activity-based Training, Talent Mobility programs for developmental growth.
Expand knowledge of the broader business through cross-functional collaboration.
Follow established guidelines for quality and productivity and support audits.
