The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is hiring for its 2027 Rotational Analyst Program, a two-year, entry-level program designed to move analysts through four rotations across finance analytics, reporting, banking operations, and customer support.

Analysts will build reports, examine processes under risk and regulatory requirements, and analyze quantitative data from enterprise and portfolio management systems, gaining broad exposure to customers and products.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3.0 minimum undergraduate GPA.
• 1-3 years of internship experience in Financial Services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements and supplemental information.
• Assist customers in document execution, transaction processing, account setup, maintenance, and fund transfers.
• Manage resolution of inquiries and issues with a high level of service.
• Support timely resolution of customer and internal questions in line with policies.
• Measure, monitor, and report on departmental reports and metrics.
• Gather and analyze data to support decision making and product design.
