Qualifications

• Eligible candidates are undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a graduation timeframe between December 2026 and May 2027.
• GPA minimum of 3.3 is required.
• Local to Fort Mill/Charlotte office and able to commit to full-time work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year, full-time rotational program across Risk, Operations, and Compliance.
• Rotate through three teams and build skills in risk management, operations, and financial crimes.
• Develop understanding of LPL's business and the wealth management industry.
• Gain coaching and mentorship from a dedicated program manager.
