LPL Financial invites graduating students to join its two-year, full-time FAR Program in risk, operations, and compliance. You will rotate across three teams, build core skills, and gain mentorship from a dedicated manager while learning the wealth management industry.

Qualifications

  • Eligible candidates are undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a graduation timeframe between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • GPA minimum of 3.3 is required.
  • Local to Fort Mill/Charlotte office and able to commit to full-time work.

Requirements:
  • Eligible candidates are required to be undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a graduation timeframe between December 2026 and May 2027
  • 3.3 GPAminimum.
  • Offeriscontingentuponcompletion of bachelor’s degree,successfulbackgroundscreening, and agreement to be local to the Fort Mill/Charlotteoffice.

Pay Range:

$29.36-$48.93/hour


Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
