Job summary

LPL Financial LLC invites you to join the FAR Program – Data Analytics track, a two-year, full-time development program designed to expose you to key business areas. You will rotate across multiple teams, gaining experience in financial analysis, accounting, corporate strategy, and operations while building essential technical and professional skills.

You will develop strong data analytics capabilities using SQL/SAS, Tableau/Power BI, and Python, with mentorship from a dedicated program manager

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between Dec 2026 and May 2027.
• GPA requirement of 3.3 minimum to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three data analytics teams to build skills in data analysis, querying, and visualization.
• Gain understanding of LPL’s business and wealth management industry.
• Develop technical and professional competencies including collaboration and relationship management.
• Work with Finance, Risk, Operations and Compliance leadership teams.
• Meet regularly with a program manager for coaching and mentorship.
• Build relationships within a growing professional network.
