Job summary

BNY is seeking high-potential undergraduates for the 2027 Analyst Program in the United States. The role focuses on People, Engagement, and Impact, partnering across governance, employee relations, policy, and community initiatives to drive business outcomes.

Analysts will build dashboards, analyze employee experiences, and support AI-enabled initiatives while receiving structured mentorship and broad exposure to BNY's global operations.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business and/or technology preferred.
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support People, Engagement and Impact priorities across governance, employee relations, policy, government affairs, regulatory relations, philanthropy, and community impact.
• Analyze onboarding, mobility, and employee experiences using feedback and insights.
• Test pilots of generative AI tools to enhance People and Corporate Affairs operations.
