Job summary

Nestl Purina is seeking a Management Development Associate to embark on a structured leadership development path within our Davenport, Iowa facility. This full-time program rotates across finance, controls, supply chain, quality, safety, engineering, and operations, building broad manufacturing expertise.

You will receive coaching from day one, with relocation assistance and a fast-tracked path to manufacturing leadership, designed to enhance cross-functional skills and strategic problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline by June 2027.
• Open to relocation to any Nestl Purina manufacturing site in the U.S. as you progress through the MDA program.
• Rotation will start at the Davenport, IA plant in Davenport, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with Plant Manager, Department Managers and Team Leaders on factory accounting and controls.
• Produce accurate and timely departmental training reports with flow diagrams for the plant.
• Train and develop inventory control system knowledge including input, controls report capabilities and analysis.
• Assist in reconciliation of inventories and participate in periodic inventories of raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform month-end closing functions and analysis reports.
• Conduct audits and compliance testing.
