Nestlé Purina seeks an Accounting Management Development Associate to join a structured leadership program in Davenport, Iowa. This full-time role offers exposure across finance, controls, supply chain, QA, safety, engineering, production, R&D, IS, and operations performance, with hands-on experience in accounting systems, procedures, controls, and audits.

You will rotate through departments and gain end-to-end process insight, with relocation support as you progress to future management

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline attained or expected by June 2027.
• Must be open to relocation to any of our 24 Nestlé Purina manufacturing sites across the U.S.
• The starting pay for this position is $72,000 per year. Final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
• Prior internship, co-op, practicum or manufacturing experience preferred.

Position Summary

For more than 30 years, our Management Development Associate program has developed our future leaders. As a Management Development Associate, you will embark on a personal and professional development experience a classroom simply can’t offer.

As an Accounting Management Development Associate at Nestlé Purina, we will coach you from the start, shaping your career trajectory for continuous learning and growth. Together, we’ll explore finance and controls, supply chain, quality assurance, safety, engineering, production, R&D engineering, information systems, and operations performance to understand the interconnected and collaborative nature of manufacturing. You will gain experience in developing and maintaining the necessary accounting systems, procedures, controls and audits. Additionally, you will receive training to familiarize yourself with all areas of the inventory management controls department.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline attained or expected by June 2027

Must be open to relocation to any of our 24 Nestlé Purina manufacturing sites across the U.S. as you progress through the MDA program

You will start your rotation for this Accounting MDA at the Nestlé Purina factory in Davenport, Iowa

The starting pay for this position is $72,000 per year. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
