Nestlé Purina’s Production Management Development Associate program offers a full-time path to manufacturing leadership, with structured development across production domains and a formal relocation component to gain broad site exposure.

Participants rotate through multiple Nestlé Purina factories in the U.S., advancing quickly toward management roles while benefiting from relocation support and a strong total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business Management or related discipline attained or expected by June 2027.
• Must be open to relocation to any of our 24 Nestlé Purina manufacturing sites across the U.S.
• Rotation may start at Bloomfield MO, Crete NE, or Clinton IA.
• Prior internship, co-op, practicum or manufacturing experience preferred.
• This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of production schedules.
• Ensure the flow of materials, parts, and resources necessary for plant-wide production.
• Plan methods to improve efficiency in production and execute production improvement tasks.
• Maintain compliance with approved methods and quality standards.
