Job summary

Mill Rock Packaging is seeking a Production Flex Associate to support multiple departments, ensuring smooth workflow, quality standards, and safety.

You will rotate through finishing and related areas, performing packing, labeling, machine feeding, and general labor as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Curiosity for production processes and machine learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Stamina to stand and move about the work area throughout the shift.
• Willing to work overtime as needed by the team.

Responsibilities

• Rotate among production departments to support daily operational needs.
• Perform general labor duties such as material handling, packing, labeling, feeding machines, and assembling products.
• Assist with line setup, cleanup, and changeovers as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding work status, issues, or concerns.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency or safety.
