Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for its Pharmacy Float Pool to ensure safe, effective medication use across facilities. You will process and verify orders, monitor therapies, and provide drug information to clinicians and patients.

Responsibilities include supervising support staff, stepping in for pharmacy manager when needed, and contributing to quality improvement. A PharmD or B.Pharm with Missouri licensure is required, with ASHP residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited school.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree; ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify orders for medications and monitor patient therapies.
• Supervise and direct support personnel and act as pharmacy manager in its absence.
