Qualifications

• Experience as rotating machinery SME across wind and thermal assets.
• Strong RCA and reliability engineering background.
• Experience in advisory services for M&A, IE, OE and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluations of gas turbines, steam turbines, gearboxes, and wind drivetrains.
• Assess asset condition, performance, and reliability using data and maintenance history.
• Support due diligence, independent engineering, and owner's engineering scopes.
• Perform root cause analysis for rotating equipment failures and propose mitigations.
