Job summary

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, and compressors; troubleshooting; and maintaining accurate work records.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
• 2+ years of experience changing mechanical seals and pump maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary rotating-equipment support for South Central Texas gas plants, pump stations, and related assets.
• Plan and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and identify failure modes (operational, mechanical, electrical, installation-related, or life‑cycle).
• Maintain equipment records, perform inspections, and monitor condition to prevent unplanned outages.
• Coordinate with Operations, Reliability, and contractors to prioritize and plan work.
• Oversee contractors and verify safe work practices and quality.
