Job summary

Western Midstream is seeking a Plant Maintenance professional based in the West Texas Region to ensure reliability and efficiency of plant rotating equipment as part of the Plant Maintenance Team.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, read manuals, manage records, and oversee third-party work while adhering to safety and environmental regulations, with 0–10% travel and a 14/14 shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil and gas production facilities.
• Strong knowledge of gas engines and compressors, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain, repair, and install plant equipment, including engines, compressors, pumps, valves and actuators.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Read and interpret manuals, specifications, and procedures to perform repairs.
• Maintain equipment records and document maintenance activities using computer programs.
• Oversee construction/maintenance by third parties.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Respond to call-out requests for maintenance, relief, and emergencies.
