Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience level depends on job level: Level C 0–2 years, Level B 2–4 years, Level A 4+ years in oil & gas operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vibration analysis program; establish equipment routes and data collection.
• Perform rotating/reciprocating equipment analysis and motor/engine analysis as required.
• Develop and maintain lubrication analysis program; establish routes and frequency.
• Collect monthly/quarterly data including vibration, flow, temperature, and oil analysis.
• Analyze data to resolve or proactively anticipate equipment failures; lead root cause analysis.
