Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an Equipment Technician to monitor rotating equipment health using vibration, thermography, oil analysis, and performance data. You will work with operations, engineers, specialists, and maintenance to troubleshoot and repair across sites.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 0–4+ years in oil and gas operations, with experience in data analysis and—preferably—SAP reporting. Strong safety and teamwork mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret and analyze data.
• Experience with vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, or related condition monitoring is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vibration analysis program and data collection routines.
• Perform rotating and reciprocating equipment analyses and monitoring.
• Support lubrication program and data-driven maintenance actions.
• Coordinate repairs and track equipment deficiencies in SAP.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize deficiencies.
