Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an Equipment Technician to collect, analyze, and report the health of rotating equipment using vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and performance data. This role works with operations, engineers and maintenance across multiple sites to troubleshoot and support equipment reliability.

Responsibilities include developing vibration and lubrication programs, data acquisition, root-cause analysis, and logging findings in SAP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience levels align to Level C/B/A as described.
• Oil & gas operations background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain vibration analysis program and routes.
• Perform data acquisition from equipment and analyze results.
• Lead or assist in root-cause failure analysis.
• Coordinate scheduling of repairs and monitor progress.
• Report deficiencies and corrective actions in SAP.
• Support lubrication program and interpret oil analyses.
