Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for rotating equipment performance, reliability, and lifecycle optimization.
• Lead root cause failure analyses and develop corrective actions to improve long-term reliability.
• Support capital projects involving equipment installations, upgrades, and replacements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to optimize equipment performance and ensure safety and compliance.
